What classes are suitable for beginners?
ALL CLASSES! All of our classes can be scaled down to any fitness level. Our coaches are professionals and can adapt to any situation whether that be injuries, mobility restrictions etc.
Do the classes have a cap limit?
Yes - all classes have a cap limit. Most of the classes have a cap of 10 people per class. This is to help maintain proper social distancing during your workout.
How do memberships work?
Memberships are done by direct deposit on a monthly basis. Prices can range based on which side you choose (studio or strength/conditioning) as well as how many days a week you plan to attend class. 10 passes are also available that can be used over multiple months.
Do we need to bring anything?
Make sure to bring athletic footware and clothing. Other than that all thats required is a smile! :)
How do you track/book classes?
All of our classes are booked and tracked on our online software RhinoFit. This is where you will sign into classes. You're able to sign up 2 weeks in advance.
