Strength and Conditioning Classes focus on overall fitness development. Classes include a wide variety of movements focused on strength, aerobic capacity, gymnastics, flexibility and much more!
24 hour open gym
This is truly something to take advantage of! Open gym is exactly as it sounds. Come on in and use the gym to work on whatever you'd like. Unsure of what to do? Ask a coach for some ideas! This is a great way to check off some of those goals.
STUDIO CLASSES
45 mins is all you need for these professionally structured workouts. There is a wide variety of group fitness sessions taught by certified experienced trainers. From Muscle conditioning to Cardio, from Bootcamps to Barre, there is a workout for everyone at the Learnfit Studio!
Cardio Dance Party
Follow the instructor as they take you through interval training exercises, fusing musical rhythms and choreographed dance moves together to create a dynamic workout and help improve cardiovascular fitness. The best part? No prior dance experience is required. These easy-to-learn moves are suitable for all skill levels (yes, even the “super uncoordinated” folks!)
Cardio Smash
All cardio in this heart pumper! Power 40 seconds of work with a 7 second break between exercises. This one is for cardio lovers! An intense 45 minute session focusing on your cardiovascular health!
Fusion
You follow the instructor in this fast paced dumbbell workout that involves muscle conditioning with bursts of cardio. Great music and high intensity training that will leave you sweaty but coming back for more!
Lebarre
This format combines balance, agility, resistance and a touch of eloquence in a challenging full body workout. A choreographed Barre session, but no dance experience is required! *you may be subject to Lebarre legs the next day!!
Meta
Metabolic style training! A quick moving fat burning rep challenge workout. The trainer will coach you through the exercise segments. A full body advanced session.
Mega Minutes
Exercised are timed in one minute segments. A blend of muscle work, cardio and core! No choreography in this minute challenge. Perfect for the beginner to the extreme fitness enthusiast!
Muscle Mix
A total body muscular conditioning class. Follow along as the instructor guides you through safe & effective strength building moves. All muscle work here! No cardio!
Step ‘n Strength
A choreographed classic step training workout. We break up this ‘move to the beat’ patterned session with 2 rounds of muscle conditioning. If you like to dance, you’ll love to learn Step!
Tabata
Tabata is a timed interval training method that alternates between 20-second work (maximum effort) and 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times for the ultimate exhaustive four minutes.
Stretch and Strength
With the goal to increase your range of motion, improve balance & stability and help your body to function optimally, your instructor will take you through mobility & stability exercises that keep your joints health, reduce your risk of injury and support your body to be as pain free as possible. A mat and theraband will be used in this class!
REPS
A dumbbell muscle workout. Take the time to focus on good form and have some fun with Leigh. Great for getting your PUMP on!
B’s Bootcamp
1 min of muscle work followed by 30 secs of Cardio. This one is a full body fat burner!
Sunday Special
Different instructors each week bringing you a nice Sunday Special Surprise. Classes will be posted in the LearnFit group page.

Personal Training
We offer 1-on-1 private personal training that is tailored to meet your fitness goals! You will work 1-on-1 with one of our trainers in 45 minute or 1 hour sessions. Personal training is a great way to be held accountable as well as have a program written specifically for you and what your body needs!
“A year ago I shattered my femur. My surgeon advised it would take about a year for my bone to grow back. He did not promise a complete recovery saying I may always need a cane or have a limp, mostly due to my age as I am a senior. I spent about 5 months in a wheelchair and walker. I had 2 different private physio therapists, about a dozen visits and lots of homework. However I could only walk a few steps with a cane and was not satisfied with my progress. After all, when you live in Southampton you need to be able to walk the beach. I used a scooter all summer and one day I saw Cole outside setting up for a class. I drove my scooter over to him and asked if he could get my out of the scooter. That is when Kevin came into my life. I do believe he was a little nervous when i told him my bone was not yet completely healed but he did not hesitate. With his experience and training he knew what to do. After 3 months I can now walk without a cane, my leg is now strong again and I can do everything I did before. I saw Kevin 2 to 3 times a week, for an hour each time. And through his encouragement and patience I know I will again be able to walk the beach. Most of our time together was concentrated on my leg but he did not ignore the rest of me. He made our workouts interesting and very productive. He is professional and caring and I would not hesitate to recommend him. If you are having any difficulties, go see Kevin.
